The Problem That Led Me Here; Over the past twenty years, I've ventured across various industries, excluding construction. This diverse experience has allowed me to pinpoint where I don't want to be professionally. As I approached the age of 40, I realised the urgency of making a change.
The Business That Was A Bust; Having been born with Polycystic Kidney Disease, it became clear that pursuing physically demanding jobs as my health declined wasn't sustainable. For the sake of my family's and my own well-being, I needed a portable career option that resonated with my beliefs. While I had encountered Personal Development due to my personal struggles, I hadn't delved deeply into it. Managing three distinct and equally demanding jobs became a challenge, prompting me to explore online alternatives.
The Business That Was A Boom; After spending around 18 months pondering my options, I dabbled in a few opportunities. However, these ventures didn't align with my core values. Little did I anticipate that filling out the 'More Info' section on Lisa, our director's, Facebook page would introduce me to such an inspiring community. Not only did I discover a fantastic business model, but also a potential avenue for transforming not just my mindset but also that of my family's.
